The heights of the Tower ascend into cloud rising all the way to the Heavens. But before it reaches those holy gates it passes where dwell creatures of lightening and air, powers not seen, and too mighty, to set foot upon the Urth.  Among the most fell of these are the Cloud Dragons.  Long has the Tower propitiated such great beasts - and to its defense are they joined.
